Terms and Conditions

Sales - Dealer sales are C.O.D. in U.S. funds. We do accept American Express, MasterCard, and Visa. Advanced payments are also accepted. Your company check will be accepted on approval of references supplied.

Prices - All prices are F.O.B. San Bernadino, California and are subject to change without notice.

Shipping - When in stock, orders are shipped within 48 hours by UPS ground or FedEx unless otherwise specified. Orders too large or not serviced by UPS will be shipped by
the most practical carrier of JT Motorsport's choice unless other arrangements are made.

Back Orders - Items not in stock will be placed on back order and shipped immediately as possible.

Special Order - All special orders require a 50% deposit. Shipping sates will be quotes based on the nature of the order.

Liability - The acceptance and/or use of any merchandise received by the customer herby shall release the manufacturer of such merchandise and JT Motorsport Corporation from any liability pertaining to the use of such merchandise. The customer recognizes that any alteration or modification to any automobile may increase the risk of injury or accident and may also render the automobile illegal for use on public roads. JT Motorsport products are intended for off road use only and JT Motorsport herby disclaims all warranties express or implied as to the use of these products.

Returns - Dealer returns will require authorization except for defective products which may be returned with explanation with original invoice. A 30% restocking fee will be charged on returns without offsetting order or products returned.

International Customers - All customers outside the United States must have a valid VISA or MasterCard and date of expire on file with JT Motorsport prior to dispatch of first order. Our standard Mode of shipment (unless otherwise requested) is UPS International (air) and Pilot Air Freight.

Freight Claims - Ownership of goods transfer to customer when such goods are delivered to a common carrier such as UPS. Any necessary claims for goods damaged in shipment or missing at destination are the responsibility of the customer to file with the carrier. The carrier is responsible for all claims for damage or missing goods. Always inspect the condition of merchandise in the presence of the carrier. All claims must be made within three (3) days from receipt of goods, supported by a bill of lading and invoice.

Product Appearance - Occasionally, prototype samples are photographed. Production models may vary slightly. If production units are upgraded, you will receive the latest version.
